These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities between TNT Window Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our customers (“you”). By scheduling or receiving services from TNT Window Cleaning, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Services and Scheduling
TNT Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning services throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. Services are performed based on the scope discussed at the time of scheduling. Access to the windows being serviced (interior and/or exterior, as applicable) must be provided at the scheduled time.
We routinely move furniture, décor, and other items as needed to properly access and clean windows. All items moved will be handled with care and returned to their original location once service is completed. If customers have fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items they are concerned about, we recommend those items be moved prior to our arrival. When items are not moved in advance, we will either work around them when possible or move them as necessary to complete the service. TNT Window Cleaning is not responsible for damage to fragile items that may occur during normal service operations.
Any changes to the scope of work, including services requested on-site that were not part of the original quote, will be discussed and approved prior to service. If such changes affect pricing, the updated cost will be clearly communicated before work begins.
Quality Standards & Satisfaction
TNT Window Cleaning is committed to delivering high-quality, professional results on every job. In many cases, we go beyond standard window cleaning by making a best-effort attempt to improve the overall appearance of the glass, including addressing hard water stains, buildup, or other problem areas when possible. Some deeper cleaning methods may require additional time, materials, or specialized techniques and, when applicable, will be discussed in advance and may involve an additional fee.
Windows are cleaned using professional tools and methods; however, results may vary based on the age, condition, and prior maintenance of the glass, frames, seals, screens, and surrounding materials. Certain stains, mineral deposits, scratches, oxidation, etching, or defects may not be fully removable through professional window cleaning.
If you have a concern with the completed service, please notify us within a reasonable time so we can review the situation and address it as appropriate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We currently accept cash, check, Cash App, and Zelle. Invoices are provided for all services. Commercial clients may be approved for a billing cycle of up to 30 days, particularly when invoices must be submitted to a corporate office or accounts payable department.
Late payments may result in delayed future service scheduling.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the scheduled service total. This helps offset reserved time and staffing.
Weather Delays and Rescheduling
Window cleaning services are weather dependent. For the safety of our team and to ensure quality results, services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, high winds, lightning, extreme heat, or other unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions.
If weather conditions require a change to your scheduled service, TNT Window Cleaning will communicate as soon as possible to reschedule at the next available opportunity. Weather-related delays or rescheduling do not incur cancellation fees.
Light rain alone does not always prevent window cleaning; however, final decisions are made at our discretion based on safety and service quality.
Property Condition and Liability
TNT Window Cleaning is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to cracked or broken glass, failing seals, loose frames, rotting wood, deteriorated caulking, or damaged screens. We will point out visible concerns when noticed.
While rare, accidental damage can occur during service. In such cases, liability is limited to damage caused directly by our negligence and does not extend to underlying or pre-existing issues. Our responsibility is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item and does not include indirect or consequential damages.

All content on TNTcleanwindows.com, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of TNT Window Cleaning and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only.
Implied Agreement
By scheduling services, requesting a quote, or allowing TNT Window Cleaning to perform work at your property, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, whether written, verbal, or electronic communication was used to book the service.
